Matthew Gilcrease contacted me about a recall for my 2022 Denali Yukon. He said a date reminded me contacted me took the vehicle and he serviced it called me to pick it up. Was very professional greeting me with a smile. Make sure that I knew everything that I needed to know about the two updates that were done on my car so far have had no issues I took it in on Tuesday the 22nd and it was done Wednesday and it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Great service. Worked my oil change in on a saturday very quickly
The customer service staff were excellent but beyond them service was very poor. Some 8 weeks prior to this service requirement my vehicle brakes were worked on for slack/spongy brakes. After approx 2-3 days in service and ~$500 the vehicle was “fixed”, the day following the brakes were no better. Due to out of state travel I could not return vehicle immediately and when I did return I was told it was a master cylinder issue, anotherv3 days in shop and ~$1200.
