Great service. Worked my oil change in on a saturday very quickly
The customer service staff were excellent but beyond them service was very poor. Some 8 weeks prior to this service requirement my vehicle brakes were worked on for slack/spongy brakes. After approx 2-3 days in service and ~$500 the vehicle was “fixed”, the day following the brakes were no better. Due to out of state travel I could not return vehicle immediately and when I did return I was told it was a master cylinder issue, anotherv3 days in shop and ~$1200. Very good costumer service. Keep me updated and informed the whole process
Best service department in the GM company. The service provider kept me updated on all aspects involving my vehicle. Water pump replaced quickly along with overall inspection of other components.
