Service advisor was very professional and very helpful as he checked us in, as my truck was towed into the dealership. He was able to explain the process of the diagnosis thoroughly. He was also very understanding.
Good local service. Initial estimate of time needed was off due to parts availability, but it wasn't due to local dealer. A bit more communication on progress would have been useful since I was borrowing a car. Overall good experience with dealership and great service from advisor. Advisor was straight to the point, offered recommended services, but was not overpowering.
