Matt in the service department was awesome! But little disappointed that we now have to come back and have our car cleaned and have them fix a problem with the repair.
I had a great experience with the Gay Family Auto Service Department. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating throughout the repair process. They kept me updated every step of the way and were very thorough when documenting the repairs, making sure my insurance company had all the information needed. I purchased my 2024 Denali truck from the Gay dealership. That was one of the worst decisions I’ve made. It took weeks longer to get my specially ordered truck. Come to find out it was in the body shop getting repaired, the right front fender was obviously repaired and repainted. They highly suggested I DONOT get it repainted because of the tricoat paint. At approx. 7000 miles the transmission would not shift. Got it towed. Gay said they had no loaners available so I rented a car, my insurance only paid for a couple of days.... read more
