On time, great staff, superior treatment
Dr Ripp and medical office were both punctual and professional. The doctor expressed a level of care that you do not see much of these days. Left my appointment feeling like I was in very confident hands.
Wonderful courteous staff at the front desk and on the phone. I like the text option. I had problems accessing the portal. This was problematic because they were not in the UCDAVIS system and there was no communication back and forth unless I carried the information.
Very professional and cares about my heath and well being.
Dr Ripp makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you have to say. I am truly confident that Dr Ripp will continue to take care of my foot issues. I would totally recommend him to family and friends!
