Staff and doctor very pleasant and helpful
He’s very smart about when he’s looking and very cautious about when he’s attending your injuries he also asked many questions to make sure it seems that he gives you the proper care for the proper injury. He is very knowledgeable about his practice, and he is a great conversationalist I like Dr. Gavin very much
Excellent patient care from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, inclusive diagnostics and thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. Loved the all-inclusive office with imaging and therapy products. I left my appt with everything I needed to know and use in starting my treatment plan already feeling better. Thank you Dr Ripp and team!

His interaction with me during the visit
I made an appointment because I’ve been having very painful plantar fasciitis. I arrived early because they wanted to take an x-ray to make sure there was no stress fracture. I had a late afternoon appointment but they were still pretty much on time. Ultrasound of my heel showed a lot of inflammation so he injected steroids. He is always interested in what I am saying. He takes time with me and I never feel he is rushing my appointment.
Dr. Ripp always spends time with me talking about what brought me there and what I can do to help myself and avoid surgery, never any pressure for surgery.
Very thorough and detailed explanation of what is going on. He speaks Spanish so he can communicate with the Spanish speaking patients. He’s kind and very attentive. The staff in his Roseville office are fantastic. They’re kind and friendly and make you feel so welcomed.
