Unable to meet patients needs, appointment scheduled for specific reason then office unable to fulfill needs. Waste of time, should be More courtesy to patients. After all that the office tells me to go to md now so my needs can be met. If that’s the case, why do i have a primary and why should I have to pay twice for the same service that they were unable to complete and why did I waste an hour and a half of my day sitting in office.
