My hygienist, Crystal was friendly, thorough, and efficient. The office runs smoothly. I always feel cared for when I leave.
Dr and staff were excellent. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. I was really dreading getting impressions done but the Dr and her assistant calmed me down and walked me through each step.
They were able to get me in quickly and take care of the broken tooth.
My dental hygienist was very good—professional, thorough, polite, & efficient.
Today was my first visit so I don't have much knowledge about Columbus Family Dental Center but I can say that the staff was very friendly, answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. Looking forward to having a long, dental relationship.
The staff is just outstanding. I love the relaxed feel of the practice. It is clear Dr. Bracken champions a great team and sets the example! I had a cleaning and a crown done. I ended up being there three hours. Which in the big picture, is probably not bad given an in-house, one day crown. However, it would have been good to know a time estimate ahead of time. I just didn't know it would take that long. Fortunately, I did not have other commitments. Thank you all for great service!
