I attended my routine 6 month check up this week and once again had the opportunity to be cared for by Ken. He is SO thorough with his process that I feel genuinely cared for every time I am left in his care. It's not a "routine" cleaning for Ken. He is truly passionate about what he does and I appreciate being able to feel that each and every time I get to see him. Dr Bracken is equally as passionate and I appreciate her thorough exams.
Ken is a great hygienist. He's always gentle, knowledgeable and professional. He makes you feel comfortable.
This is the second time I’ve been to this dentist office and both times they were polite respectful and courteous
The team at Columbus Family Dental continued to provide outstanding patient care despite the COVID pandemic in 2020-21. They took my health and safety seriously by meeting me at the door with a questionnaire and temperature measurement. The staff is always upbeat and happy to see their patients.
It was a good visit. They really care about the patients. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.
The hygenist provided a thorough cleaning of my teeth and gave me advice on how to keep plaque buildup from happening.
We had to change dentists due to a recent dental insurance change. After being happy with our previous dentist for many years, we had to find a new one that is covered by our insurance. I am so glad we found Dr. Laura Bracken and her team! They worked with our crazy schedules to get appointment times that fit our needs and the entire staff was so caring and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone!
