My appointment began with Brian doing a status check of my pacemaker which determined the need to replace the battery which makes sense and which Dr. Kim will follow up on with me. While in original scheduling there was going to be a fairly long wait before my appointment with Dr. Banka his staff told me they would try to tighten things up…and they did. On first visit, knowledgeable about my history and had a plan for my care going forward so as not to miss a beat!
Dr. Banka is very caring and kind and is not concerned about how much time he spends with his patients. I really like how he shows genuine concern about my health and well being. I am so glad I was sent to his office by my primary!!
