Dr. Gaur has truly helped several people who have anxiety and ADHD. She combines traditional Western and Eastern holistic practices to help improve and manage symptoms. She educates patients and support systems to help understand what is going on medically and how best to improve. I have learned a lot about how to help and what not to do for myself too!
