Fourth update to the original review: Third technician arrives with all the parts. Bad control board and bad valve in the condenser. All bad from the factory. Parts are replaced and should be back to normal. I can understand the quality of service being superior from a company perspective. That said, the quality of products used in service are not as exceptional as someone would think. Always great service! Prompt, technicians always knowledgeable, explain everything being done. Pricing is fair. Office staff is very efficient! Wouldn’t use anyone else! Highly recommend Gault Heating and Cooling!
