Dr Kim is efficient, thorough, and pays attention to the patient’s needs. She quickly addressed my needs and gave me options to make an informed decision. The office operations need improvement. They gave me after-care instructions that was hard to read due to black copy marks all over the paper. The office also doesn’t validate parking even though it’s a major complex with only a parking deck as an option.
