Everyone was so nice, very professional, and I have to be honest, it was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a doctors office. They have a good system of not making you wait. Great job everyone.
This was my FIRST appointment and my experience was PHENOMENAL! Just a quick back story about why I came here. I've been dealing with severe foot pain for five years. My initial diagnosis was being flat footed. I was recommended to get orthotics. It helped but not that much because I was still experiencing pain. Fast forward to now where the pain went from manageable to unbearable which led me here. I am a Geriatric Care Manager and go to A LOT doctor appointments and interact with a lot of providers. Dr. Bergstrom Bedside manners is absolutely unmatched ! You would be surprised how rare this is. She was so kind, so engaged, and made my client feel so comfortable. I had to leave a review.
