Sign on door says Masks Required. I and other patients in lobby were wearing masks. The receptionist and workers behind the counter were not wearing masks. Dr. Gaughf and staff were not wearing masks. PA Christina and technical aid were not wearing masks when examining me. I had to take my mask off to be examined. I was exposed to them and had no choice about wearing my mask since my face had to be examined for skin cancer. I am 74 years old and vaccinated. Excellent service from time I entered facility. Very professional and polite front desk. At filling out initial patient questions which was rather lengthy, I was seen in a timely manner not more than 25 minutes after arrival. This was terrific. The staff treated me with courtesy and were prompt to access and take care of my situation. I would very much recommend this Dermatologist and staff to anyone who was looking for a complete and satisfactory solution to their Dermatology needs. Thank you Dr. Gaughf and Staff.
Arrived to have a cyst removed from my back and all they did was empty it. This means it will come back again. I was expecting them to remove the sack the contents were in. Now I will have to do this again in another 2 years. Just kind of frustrating.
Outstanding visit. Blair and her team are the best. Had a wait time of less than 5 minutes. Professional and friendly service at all levels.
I have been going for a couple of years now. I always see Blair for my yearly exam. She is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I saw her because of concern I had and she put me at ease.
My annual visit. I've had little problems which Dr. Gaughf's group keeps an eye on. They do a great job and I have great confidence in the work they do.
My visit was great. I had a foot skin problem that needed quick attention and your office was able to see me with out appointment. I was seen by Christina PA-C and her assistant. They both were very easy to work with and professional. I hope to be able to have them again if I should need some medical attention.
Dr. Gaughf and all staff were friendly and efficient. Appreciated their professionalism and expertise.
