Every time I go to Gaucho’s is an even better experience! Being from Brazil, it is really great to have such a good Brazilian restaurant in town that serves really authentic Brazilian food! My husband and I have been to the restaurant several times, and always had the best service. Last night we brought a big group of 16 people for an end of the year celebration, and were welcomed wonderfully. Had dinner with our 2 Hokies and we were all very pleased with our dinners. The fried yucca appetizer was delicious (someone on here said it was flavorless..yucca really doesn't have a particular flavor but this was VERY GOOD). We all had some kind of steak dish and the meat was cooked to order and tasty! The grilled zucchini was yummy. We will be going back as my husband said it's one of the best meals we've had in Blacksburg!
