Called in a to go order told it would be 20 minutes. It was and hour I waited. They were very busy and extremely disorganized. They were very backed up on orders and people were not patient. They only made one of my two pizzas so when I asked for refund on second pizza they found my pizza. They also stacked hot pizza on a rack to cool. Mine sat there for a while although I asked you man to check repeatedly. Pizza when I finally got it was good tho. Just short staffed and again disorganized.

The service sucks! The operator have had attitudes (majority) shift leads can't help you out very much and just argue with you. I have waited up to 4 hours for one order once. And recently, they never delivered my pizza (yesterday, April 30th 2017) the only one willing to help was the GM carlos! He was then only one who didn't debate with us. Mr Gattis in Pflugerville.....No matter how many times you tell them to add to your order..they still can't get it rite.... Dominoes, Pizza Hut...on the next time around..
Being a native of Austin I've known Gattis forever, however after ordering from the William Cannon store last night(2nd time) I will no longer as the quality has dropped horribly and the attitude of the employee taking the orders leaves much to be desired...so very dissapointing...
