Train employees how to better serve a customer who is unsatisfied. I ordered my pizzas AS I ALWAYS have ordered them "light sauce" when I recieved my pizzas delivered (because it was convenient) I open the boxes and only to see they has too much sauce on them. I called thinking I'd get a pizza remade with "light sauce" but only to get told by the gentleman named Mark whom represented to be the "Manager," that they made it with light sauce (one scoop in his words). I ordered online for delivery and it took almost 2 hours. When I called to check on the order, the manager replied that they didn’t have a delivery driver. What? They need to disable the delivery feature....on top of that they forgot to include the pizza...so I didn’t get my pizza AND my wings and sticks were ice cold. Never ordering from them again.
They didn’t have a variety of pizzas, no pepperoni! I was very disappointed. I won’t go back, sadly. Oh and I don’t think the AC worked because it was Hot!
I thing replenished on buffet. Horrible dried up pasta, salad bar messy and not maintained.

Paid $10 for a “buffet”... There were people lined up behind me also waiting for pizza. One guy was sitting on a table in the back playing on his cell phone. Two other people slowly making more pizza. Nobody seemed to care or have a sense of urgency.
The pizza was chewy. They tried to pass off regular parmesan with crushed red peppers for the good stuff. When I asked the person in charge she said it's the same stuff that they served for years. The whole time smiling hopeful that I would believe it. It seams like every time we go to a regular Mr. Gatties they can't do it right like the bigger gattie town. They did redo the sit down area but the bathrooms were still old .

Horrible service. Waited close to 3hrs for my order. When I called they offered to give me the order for free.....when it finally arrived, they called me back and asked me to pay for the order after all because I had the nerve to tip the driver who was clearly stressed, and they didn't have a credit card on file any longer. Never again. P.S. food was awful.
