We haven’t had a bad experience at this location! Every time we go they are quick to fill the bar with fresh foods of any type & always ask if there is a certain kind of pizza we would like to have put out. If anything is old or has set & we ask it to be made fresh they never complain.! We stopped on a Sunday in a terrible snow storm a few weeks ago & every worker in the building greeted us & told us anything we wanted made fresh let them know & it would be put out quickly ... that really earned my business! Wonderful customer service! I called and spoke with Mr. James Sharp. He was extremely nice, very professional and answered my questions. It was exactly how customer service should be!
I learned my lesson last night if u want good food don't go late the pizza was hard They had another hour and only thing came out fresh was the monkey bread.

While it was SLAMMED busy, but that was to be expected for their awesome deal they were running today. My only complaint was they only put the "speciality" pizzas on one side, the side with a line going out the door and when I tried to ask the guy behind the counter anything I was ignored. My girls had a blast in the game room. We drove over an hour just to come here for this day and it did not disappoint. We love Gattis and take our kids often, but today I was upset and sad to see that they are now selling/serving alcoholic beverages. I mean no offense to anyone who chooses to drink or purchase alcohol however as a Christian I do not feel it belongs in a family restaurant that revolves around children. Bad choice Gattis. We will not be back. �
