Very clean
There was no one at front when we came in . Pizza 🍕 was cold . Cinnamon sticks were hard . There was a man cleaning tables as we were trying to eat . Soda 🥤 machine wasn’t working.
The pizza was good. The pop machine wasn’t working yesterday..the ice didn’t work and the pop was watered down. Salad bar was out of a lot of things. The Mac & cheese was extremely watery, and basically just noodles. While we were there, they didn’t hardly put anything fresh out. We normally have good experiences, but yesterday was extremely disappointing!
Several of the games took the kids money they need maintenance work on them, I know of 2 that didn’t work for us. I think the prices was a bit crazy $21 an change for just me an my husband luckily we had free coupons for the kiddos. And when we got there there was 2 pizzas out on the bar no cheeses sticks etc we waited for fresh pizza to choose from finally got a pepperoni one. Honestly the nicest drive thru workers around! Every time we order pick up the employees are absolutely wonderful! Great attitudes and great food!
The Sheldon Clark high school band and choir had a lock in last night. Alisha and her staff were cordial, helpful and efficient! Every question was answered before it was asked, they were eager to serve and they were invested in finding energy through the night to make the experience for the students their top priority. There wasn’t one unhappy face last night! I would highly recommend any organization to call and schedule a lock in at Gatti’s in Pikeville. Looking forward to another night next year!

Food was awesome when they first opened. Now it's always old and nasty. Yuck!!
I was told i had to pay 20$ a person including 20$ for a baby to go the gameroom. After calling ahead to see the prices i was told a completely different price over the phone. Tell me why id have to pay 60+ dollars to take year old baby to gameroom?
