We recently just had my son a birthday party here. We paid quite a bit of money for it. We were promised a “party host” that NEVER showed up into our room to help with anything. The food was cold and the salad bar had all sorts of foods mixed together. Only one of 4 ice machines worked. The rest I’m assuming were empty? Our son was HALF AN INCH too short for the bumper we cars so we had an upset 4 year old birthday boy. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all! The restrooms were extremely dirty. Gatti land has got stupid expensive!!!! We was going to take the kids to JUST play in the game room because we arent crazy about the food. They make each adult (that will not be playing games) pay for a $20 game card or unlimited game card (but you have to also purchase a buffet per person to get the unlimited card, even if the adults do not want to eat there or play the games) So unless you want to send you're kids in the game room alone and stay outside plan on spending $100 just to have 2 kids play in the game room. 🤔😡

Was clean and friendly staff. Had pizza coming out fast.
Not much pizza on the buffet, 90% of the empty tables were dirty with dishes piled on them and no one clearing. Forks dirty, one with lettuce and dressing on it no excuse.
Great food and a fun time with the family!!
