Edit: I’m one of your customers, I just received my order, I reached out to your team and the situation was handled very badly! Worst Customer Service! They are nice only when they sell to customers! However after sale! They are very impolite and unprofessional! They don’t care about customers who can return to them or not! They just lie and lie! And this is very obvious from all the reviews on google! You can see their attitude towards customers on their answers on google reviews!

Wow- this is what I call terrible after service, taking the time and effort to lie about offering me installation service which didn’t happen they didn’t give me an option for installation and pick of boxes. And even when I inquired about any installation required they said only the legs of the hall table, which I didn’t mind doing. Where is the logic if I paid 3850$ for furniture why would I refuse to pay additional 50$ for installation and pick up of boxes!?
