I spent around $13,000 at Getzby last year, carefully selecting items to match my new home. During the building phase, we had already planned our wall décor, including a wall-mounted TV unit. We don’t usually write reviews unless they’re positive, but this experience compelled us to share. We’re extremely disappointed with our experience at Gatsby Living. In September 2023, my wife purchased a Cleo swivel armchair from the store. Initially, the chair was placed on hybrid flooring, where no issues were visible. It wasn’t until we recently moved the chair into a newly carpeted room that we discovered dye from the fabric on the underside of the chair had transferred onto the carpet, leaving permanent stains.
