Very disappointed with the quality of the sofa we purchased. The headrest is extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it impossible to use properly. We contacted Gatsby Living multiple times, but were told this is “normal,” which it clearly isn’t. We are now taking the matter to Consumer Law because the product is not fit for purpose. Not happy with the experience at all.
They have a nice collection and the prices are reasonable . The stqff os very helpful
