Had a great experience with Gatsby. They did an excellent job cleaning up my yard on short notice. Even made multiple trips to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.
I've been impressed with Gatsby Grounds since day one. They've brought my lawn back from oblivion and have been professional all the way. They're really helpful and provide me with guidance and suggestions on how to keep my lawn healthy; they're punctual and polite; they quickly respond to any questions, either over the phone, via email, or in person. My lawn was a joke, and now it's something I'm really proud of...all done in less than a season. Looking forward to using them next year.
Awful customer service! I normally don't write reviews like this but when a company doesn't stand by their product and go backwards on what they said they were going to provide is unacceptable. Paid good money and product as been awful since day one. I wish I used a different company.
