The first time I used Gatsby to hydroseed they did a great job... the grass was beautiful. When we expanded our yard and I called them back to hydroseed the new yard space it was a disaster. I have never seen so much crabgrass in my life. The lawn company I was using had to treat it several times. I spent hours and hours pulling crabgrass out of the yard. I did call to complain and ask that they give me some sort of discount. I was told that I should have called them to fix it.. which is a valid claim, but I already had a la... read more

You did state that the first time we hydroseeded for you, we did a "great job". Please remember that with that hydroseeding job you also hired Gatsby for all of the after care and we were on the property monitoring the watering, mowing, and applying the correct amount of fertilizer and weed control to keep everything growing well. ... read more

Gatsby was referred to me as the best in the business. After having working with them for two season now, I can say they are the best in the business. They are simply a great company to work with.
3 years ago we had Gatsby Grounds hydro seed part of our yard do to a construction project. The grass came in a beautiful deep green. Year 2, grass was still a beautiful deep green , year 3 , the same. Wish I had my whole yard reseeded. Professional crew and quality products. Proof 3 years later. Highly recommended Gatsby , their the best.
Built a new house about 4 years ago and reached out to Tru Green. They did nothing to help. $$$. My development has a lot of sand below and difficult to grow hearty lawn. But Gatsby did the trick tested soil and recommended what needs to to done! Low and behold I can see grass growing in areas I thought was impossible . So thanks Gatsby!!!!

I'm very impressed with Gatsby Grounds. They've been treating my lawn for over one year now. Before they started it was just terrible. Many weeds, hardly any grass really. Now I have a lawn that's lush, VERY green and all of the weeds seem to have disappeared. They told me to give it more than one year, and they were right on! I should show before and after pics! I basically live in the woods so I thought it would be impossible to have a nice lawn. Thank you so much!
