The Gatsby Glass installers showed repeated disregard for quality workmanship and housekeeping in the first two install attempts that resulted in the project manager installing the glass personally on a third install date. On top of the quality issues, the glass was delayed due to manufacturing defects then also had to be reordered after the first install attempt due to being the wrong size.
