We brought a 2018 Mack Anthem to the Waukee GATR dealership after it suffered a transmission shift issue on December 12, 2024. The night staff and mechanics were incredibly helpful, and the initial intake went smoothly. By the next day, the service team quickly diagnosed the issue as requiring a full transmission replacement. I went there for a repair I had to buy a new turbo for my truck and charge me for a new one obviously I spent thousands of dollars but surprisingly they installed an used turbo l back to them to ask about it but they said nothing they can do..be aware of this place.
Always great service
I had a PM and a herd bumper installed. The service desk was great, they kept us informed on everything that was being done and provided us a shuttle to and from the hotel. Kate also took care of us right up to us pulling out the driveway. We had an outstanding experience at GATR!
