Spent over $600,000 on three 2026 Volvo VNL 860's. And this repair facility can't fit me in for a KNOWN factory and engineering issues with the regen systems abd codes keeping the truck moving. Horrible customer service and understanding. VOLVO should be investigated by the FTSB ,forced to recall all these faulty truck issues
Came here when the starter on my Hino went out, as well as getting some other work done while I was here. The staff is extremely friendly and likable. And in my opinion, the work is good quality and the prices are fair.
Would definitely catch a another check engine light to go back. Super nice staff definitely felt welcomed, nice driver lounge. Talked to me in laymens terms about what my trucks problem was. I saw staff came to driver lounge on multiple occasions to talk with other customers about the repairs they were receiving, and give them updates. Which in my opinion speaks volumes about customer service.
Very Poor Experience – Do Not Recommend I own a 2025 Volvo VNL 850 with only 150,000 miles. The truck developed an air leak issue and was left at this Volvo service center. My truck stayed in the shop for 45 days, and during this entire period they failed to properly fix the air leak. I was called four different times and told the truck was “ready,” but every time I came to pick it up, a new problem appeared in a different area.
