Oh my goodness! Very disappointed! First the silverware was dirty, then the hamburgers were burnt and the chicken tenders were gross!! There restroom smelled liked something died in there and left in there for a week that I almost threw up. Then someone sprayed fresheners that stunk! We would never recommend this place!! But the only good thing was our server was very nice!
The manager on shift was very rude and aggressive towards his employees. He made the experience uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. Cussing and screaming the whole restaurant could hear. I believe the managers name was mark. The food was great and the servers were so nice so it was very uncalled for how he was treating them.
We've been staying at the World Golf Village for a few years and don't arrive until after most restaurants have closed. Gator's has late hours so they're a great convenience for us. They serve typical bar food with a few twists. Most items are spicier than in most bars, a pleasant change for us. The drinks are good, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is very welcome after a long day. One thing that impresses is that Gator's quality (food, service, drinks) is always consistent. We've never had a bad meal here.
Gators is my go-to!
