This was just overall an unprofessional experience. The gator tail came out little tiny, small pieces, smaller than popcorn shrimp it was also fried hard and I asked the waitress about it and she said that’s just the batch from today, so I showed her the menu of what it’s supposed to look like, which it looked nothing like the menu portion size either. it was $16 just for that… The manager was very unprofessional as well! Incredibly disappointed. We’ve been coming here since we moved to WGV in 2020. There has been a steady and noticeable decrease in food quality and service since then, while prices continue to rise. Tonight, I ordered 15 wings which cost approximately $28. I should have clarified that I wanted chicken wings and not pigeon wings because man… these things were insanely tiny. Been here for three different bartenders every single one are unattended. If you’re not a local and a regular, they don’t know that you exist. You will regularly sit with no drink while you have food.
Great Food! Had some wing flats with the Traditional Medium, and they were amazing! Definitely recommend for a nice sit down restaurant with the family!
