I had called two other plumbers on separate occasions for the same issue. Each time, they unclogged the sewer drain, charged me, and the problem eventually came back. Called them for a possible slab leak. They responded so quick, came to assess our house right after I called them. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. You can sense his expertise while he’s explaining the problem and probable root causes of the damage. He is someone who is trustworthy and will not take advantage of a dire situation. I will always keep their number in hand and will not hesitate to contact them again if the need arises. I highly recommend this company!
Charles (the owner), Michael and Jack came out to remedy (2) repairs. This team is top notch. In 1 1/2 hour they removed and old toilet, installed a quality toilet and cleaned out the dryer vent in our laundry room (removing 15 gallons of water). Already recommended this fantastic team to my neighbors. Gator Leak & Drain, is by far the best plumbing company I have ever experienced.
Charles did a great job. I needed to get work done on my mom's house that we needed to sell after she passed away and he really came through. I live in another state and he sent pictures and took the time to explain what was going on. He was also very timely which was critical for us!
Yesterday I discovered that the water faucet near my front door had sprung a serious leak. Water was gushing everywhere. I couldn't stop it and I had to leave because my brother had a preop appointment he could NOT miss. I was in a panic mode when I saw a Gator Leak & Drain plumbing truck parked at my brother's apartment complex.
