Not only were they trying to sell me the low-quality carpet for a much higher price (the guy I was dealing with is named Casey), but they were also rude.
By far the worst carpet company in Jax. Their installers are the most rude and most unreliable I have ever seen. Went as far as to making my wife cry. All we wanted was for them to were booties or remove their shoes to not scratch the bamboo that was just layed, and they would not. The first installer just drove off and dident say anything to us, we had to call the company to find out what was going on. Very professional and courteous employees. The carpet looks so nice and would highly recommend using Gator Carpets.
I am so happy I found Gator Carpet! Excellent value & quick turnaround on the installation. They even called me afterward for feedback. Who does that these days? I will recommend to everyone I know....
I had flooring put in and it is beautiful. James and Shane did a fabulous fantastic job .
