Do not use these people! I needed flooring replaced in a 2800 sq foot home. I started with Carpet from Gator carpet & tile. Two of the bedrooms have a VERY noticeable seam across the entire room! When I asked what could be done for this obviously poor install. John replied, “that’s what you get for the price carpet that you chose”. Funny thing is when I was in the store he raved about it being “a great quality carpet for a home”.
What a great experience! Gator Carpet and Tile was a pleasure to do business with. Bobby and the team were very respectful of my time and did a SUPERIOR job in both of my rooms. Shane as well was awesome to work with and found a carpet that fit within my price constraint without added pressure to upgrade. I will be calling them back when I am ready to do the rest of my home.
