I called them on Friday morning to set up an appointment to come check out my duct work. I told them that the air conditioner was blowing cold air so I knew that was not the problem. I also told them that you could remove the cover to my crawl space and it was very cold under my house. I was pretty sure that it was a problem with my duct work.
