The staff especially manager should be more flexible and needed to listen any problem with residents here but they did not so much.
No way!!! Do Not let your kids live here!!! People are nice when your signing up but the service after that is terrible!! Garbage not picked up in a timely manner which you are paying monthly for, back porch light never worked and outside lights didn’t work until right before you move out as they are trying to attract new tenants. Then they stick each tenant with $75 cleaning fee that they never told you about and is not in the lease when you move out even after you followed their “move out procedure” to a tee!!!! Great apartment and management.
Almost a week without heat. Multiple service attempts that have failed to fix the system. Many other items that need to be fixed that are basic functions in a complex. Not impressed.
I love living here at The Gather Oxford. The staff here is amazing and are always on top of things. They are constantly doing things to make this place a home away from home. Also, the location is perfect. Go sign your lease now!!
