This was the perfect place to have a party. It was nice, affordable and the owner was amazing at giving us the time we needed for the birthday. Looking for a nice, affordable area for a small gathering or party. Check this place out. My husband said if it's available next year we will do the same. We had a great experience. It's spacious. Has a bathroom and a kitchen. They provide all the tables and chairs. It's really is a perfect place for a party.

We booked here for our daughters first birthday & LOVED it. If we are still in the area for another event, we will probably book again!! The booking process is easy. The owner is super nice, super helpful, & offers clear communication! The location is beautiful & easy to decorate!!
I have stayed at this property several times in the past through Air B&B. but most recently was the first time in the newest, 3br on the 3rd floor, and all I can say is WOW! This unit is a bit more pricey, but it is HUGE and spectacularly beautiful with a modern design (seriously, nicer than the pictures), comfy beds. Quiet location, next to the river and park Very secure property as you have 3 locked doors from the outside.
Great space, the warmer was perfect for keeping food warm throughout the night, and the fridge to keep drinks cool. Perfect for a smaller birthday party!
