Superb service over the phone and delivering
I cannot express how pleased I am enough with this company and your prompt delivery of flowers to my wife on our anniversary I had called another florist shop and they told me no one in town could deliver to my house so the fact that you not only delivered to my house but did so promptly after an order was placed post noon shows a level of commitment and dedication that not many businesses show and I would like to applaud you on that, thank you!!!
My boyfriend ordered flowers for me on my birthday, and after I showed him the arrangement, he was disappointed with the quality compared to the price paid. The arrangement did not match what you would expect for that cost. When I contacted the shop, the owner initially misunderstood the order and thought it was a dozen roses.
