I’m sharing my experience so future residents are aware. While the location and housing may seem fine at first, my time here has been filled with unresolved issues and poor communication from management. Four months ago, I renewed my home insurance and sent it by email. Despite this, I was charged an extra $20 every month. I visited the office twice, resent the document, and followed up by email, but no action was taken. I lived there for 5 years and it was a terrible experience. Unfortunately because of the housing market me and my wife lived there longer than we wanted to. There’s an obvious mouse issue that they continued to ignore as well as cockroaches that might as well have paid rent. Management never seemed to have a solution to any issues. The apartments are poorly maintained.
