If you live here, expect your packages to always be stolen. The amazon locker is barely used and they’ll be left in the lobby and they’ll always be stolen. The front office will not help you either even with the cameras in the lobby, they will not show you the recording.

I’ve been here for a year and a half and I’m either dealing with rodents during the fall/winter or wasps (IN MY APARTMENT) in the spring/summer. No matter who I call, either no one comes out for the issue, or they don’t do anything to resolve it. I’ve had their exterminator come out multiple times and still have mice running all around my apartment. I also had my upstairs neighbor have their full bathroom flood down into mine.
