It took 4.5 hours for our oil change today after my wife called on her way up there to be told there was only two people ahead of her. She waited in the lobby for over 2 hours with our toddler to find out they didn’t even have our oil filter in stock and would have to get it from another location. She literally ended up calling my parents to come pick her up so that she could take our other daughter to open house at school. I highly recommend gateway tire of Paragould. The staff is very knowledgeable and very respecting to women. I feel very comfortable going into the store and know that they are very quick I never wait long at all. The manager Tracy Wolf is very helpful and kind . I would hope that all the managers of your other stores are just like him.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received yesterday and today. I had a low tire and needed it checked not only did they check it but all the others and reprogrammed my tires with my computer. I knew with the pressure being low that I probably had something in it but thought I would drive it and see. Today my light came on again so I went back to have them check the tire, it had a nail in it and they had it changed within 15 mins.
