I tried reaching Gateway tonight to discuss my situation and there was no answer. I called after hours but they normally have an answering service and the fact that I could not reach this service is of concern in that people may need to reach them after hours. Again I am left wondering why I pay 1100 a month in HOA dues
Horrid company My dues are 1100 and this month my direct deposit into my bank and therefore the dues were returned so I called Denise and explained the situation telling her that the direct deposit arrived in my bank account the next day and that I would again authorize the 1100 charge. On the 4th of this month my bank allowed the payment of the 1100 dues but gateway charged me twice so now they are charging me an extra 30 dollars for their mistake
