Recently hired from a recommendation and sure wish I would have done more research. Come to find out … yes, they are all nice and smiles but the buck stops there! They will appease you and say, “no problem, we will handle that.” And that is ‘THE END!’ They will agree with you to just get you to shut up. They come highly recommended. We tried to have them manage our complex, but they were full. A good sign they are doing the right thing.

I do not recommend working for this company. I worked at Legacy Universal. It was the most horrible experience. The last two weeks were hell and I experimented bullying and humiliation by the property manager Myriam Medina. She also made sure to mentally abused the prior leasing specialist. Her reason he is too slow and she would demeanor him. This was part of a plan she and her regional made happen. So he would quit and he did.
