I was sent a reminder text about an appt 7 weeks before my appt. I made sure to have the time off and attend it on time. Upon arriving, my appt was no longer there and it was made to be my fault. Very very poor customer service. People work and arrange their life around appts. I arrived on time as scheduled .
My experience was so heart felt.Everyone was happy and seemed to love working here. The staff is kind,friendly, inviting and honest. The office is clean and has a great vibe. I strongly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.
Been seeing Dr.Roncone for a few years now and so glad I made the change from another clinic. He and all the staff are A1. Also once had a worrisome problem and Dr.Warren kindly saw me the same day. Have quite a few eye issues and feel am being taken care of very well and always have all my questions and concerns answered/discussed. Thank you.
I can’t say enough good things about gateway optometry. Everyone here is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I feel so comfortable here. I would recommend gateway to anyone looking for an optometrist! Their pricing is very fair, their eye exams are thorough, their lens quality is exceptional (especially in comparison to other places) and they are just all around wonderful people.
We just had checkups at Gateway. No one is in a rush there! Dr. Roncone took time to explain everything about the eye exam and answer all our questions. All the people at the desk were quick to give us service in a very patient, positive and friendly way. We are thankful!
