Why aren’t the phones working here like Drew said they don’t reroute you nothing they send you down to Kearny Mesa to a different doctors. Office is completely ridiculous , FIX YOUR PHONES
Dealing with this place has been extremely frustrating. Their phone system has been down all year, forcing you to go into the office, where they assure you that it works? They had moved recently but don't update their information so the phone numbers and addresses in things like headers and insurance registries is all out of date. The closest I've been able to get to actually making a phone call to them puts you in a system where it loops you between various holding lines. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so infuriating.
