I've lived at Gateway Lofts with my husband for almost two years and love it! I love living next to the sculpture park and being close to Grey's lake when I feel like a run. The heated underground garage is a MUST in the winter and I'm so glad that is included in our rent. Lastly, I love the pet friendly community hear and all our awesome neighbors!

I've lived at gateway over 6 years. Quiet building and location, close enough to freeway to make getting anywhere in the metro a breeze. Great loft amenities like concrete floors, tall ceilings, huge windows, open floor plans, and heated parking. Super friendly neighbors (2 and 4 legged:) and caring staff. Grays lake, sculpture park, Sherman hill, farmers market, d-line shuttle, restaurants, various downtown events galore....it's a great place to call home.

Recently relocated in December to Gateway Lofts. We love it. Location is amazing; you're close to everything downtown, but not in the noisy area of downtown. Close to groceries, gyms, city library, many bars, and Grays Lake Park and a $5 dollar Uber to Airport. This Building is full of mid 30-50 yr old professionals, and lots of people that travel. I love living at Gateway Lofts. We love the people here and we love the social time that we share with our neighbors at Yappy Hour with the dogs and Chloe the cat. What an awesome location as well. 1 block away from big downtown events.
