Once again the service department over promised time of completion. Was told an oil change, tire rotation and recall would take 2 hours. Well almost 4 hours later it was done and that is after I had to check when it would be done. Not everybody can wait around for a half of a day. No communication that it was taking longer than promised. No apology for the delay but no problem asking for the money. The best part is that when you talk to the sales side they are not surprised.
