1- Defective brand new cars. 2- Inexperienced employees at all levels up to the general manager. 3- First time buying from this dealership and it was a huge mistake, I should of stayed with Toyota.
I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Sheila helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Gateway Hyundai Nissan to anybody and town looking for a car. They are Not only friendly but helpful in a way that makes you feel like you're right at home.

We had an appointment at 9:30 .We were told it would be 2 hrs ,3.5 hrs later I call to see the progress.No answers. I come back to the service department track down my guy .He tells me it's a lose wire at the wiring harness it will be about 30 minutes. 2.5 hrs later he comes to me with a list of other repairs totaling nearly 1500 $ .50$ just to clean the battery terminals .it is now nearly 5 :00 I'm still waiting ....End result lose wire at wire harness a simple solution would be new wire harness 63 $ on Amazon.....The incom... read more
