The staff here are unethical, discriminatory, unprofessional, temperamental, disrespectful and extremely immature. They are guilty for bullying their patient’s and they have no respect for patients human rights, LPS rights and or autonomy. The staff have an alliance where they put their feelings, self-esteem and thoughts before the patient and the patient’s loved ones. Percy Village is a great place for Mental Health
It really scary and dark my sister couldn't survive, she died and they are soo strict, it a good hospital but not for kids or teens they are extremely strict
ZERO STARS-I don't know who gave them five stars because they never answer the phone. And if you leave a voice mail message they don't return the phone call. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to be investigated because there's no one answering calls or returning phone calls. It makes me wonder what else is going on there that stays behind closed doors.
