I was an employee of Gateway for about 2 months as an aide. over the corse of 2 months there was 5 different occasions where I was told to go to a clients house and another aide would already be there or would show up. The scheduler is TERRIBLE!!!!!! On top of that I never got a paycheck on time and the one time it was on time it was short about 30 hours. I wouldn't recommend anyone work here the staff is terrible.
I have been with Gateway for about eight months now and the experience was something that I wish no one should have to endure. I have had more than five different aides in this time but when they were here there was no problem, it was the unprofessionalism in the office, mainly James and Maria. When people were a no call no show I would call the on call number and never get a response.
