My service experience with gateway collision was great they went above and beyond expectations.
Tonya and the guys in the body shop not only did an excellent job repairing my truck they also made the whole experience hassle free. They gave me a ride home, I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company, and picked me up once my truck was repaired. The customer service from Tonya was exceptional, body work is perfect by Wade, and Adam knows how to make the paint look better than new. Gateway knows how to treat a customer like family. I will recommend Gateway Ford to everyone I know!
I bought a 2018 mkx off there used lot looks like clips on the inside of the bumper r broken I made my list of things wrong they put it n the shop for 2 weeks and when I picked it up they did not fix it I asked they told me the general manager Allen waddell told them not to I call him for 2 days he finally talks to me and tells me point blank he is not going to fix it his technician told him the entire bumper needs to be replaced and that's more $ than he wants to spend if he new I would want it fixed he said he could not ha... read more
