Love this place! I’ve had horrible experiences with other podiatrists but the staff and doctors at Gateway Foot and Ankle are very professional and do a great job. Highly recommend!!
I came late to my appointment by 10 minutes the lady at the front desk was talking to a patient for 15 min then she asked her to step back to talk to me after she got directed by another staff ,she said hi sorry can’t take you since you are a new patient and I have you at 3 you have to reschedule. Didn’t like the way they handled the situation.
They misdiagnosed me. I found this out after paying for a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance and had to pay a pretty penny out of pocket. It didn't help at all, so I went somewhere else.
