I have called several times inquiring about how long it takes for glasses to come in. I think by accident a female told me over two weeks and immediately another female got on the line and said no longer than five days and was arguing with the other employee. BE VERY CAUTIOUS.

I am very disappointed. I am 19 years old and I made an appointment and went to the dr alone. My insurance only covered a portion of my amount to cover my glasses. 80 dollars was the remaining balance which I paid out of pocket and as a struggling college student that is a substantial amount. Since I paid this money I was excited to get my glasses in the 7-10 business days they said they would be here. If i could give them half a star i would… They sucks bad how in the world me an my daughter go in at the same time an she gets her glasses.. How in the hell they loose glasses an this is suppose 2 b professional eye glass place hell no i wont go back to them first an it been more then 10 days….really I'm never going back to them….pearl vision here I come

This is for the Gateway Eye Associates on Stanwix St and Penn Ave. in Gateway 2 I had eye appt. on Oct 14th 2015. They said I would get a call when my glasses came in. They call me two weeks later to tell me my glasses were sent back due to the fact my lens where scratch up. They were returning them to be replace.
