This Gateway is not the closest to me and I try my best to schedule at this Mid-Cities location. Liz in the front was extremely helpful with coordinating my insurance upon arrival. Also, Alissa was great and took care to hear me while prepping me for my test and was attentive to make sure I was doing well during.
Staffs were very helpful . Service went pretty good
Absolutely unacceptable lack of care or concern of others schedule. Set an appt after stressing when I need to leave, show up for the appt, they of course take payment immediately then come and say they're running at least 30 minutes behind maybe longer if the person keeps having to go to the bathroom bc she has a long scan. But there's no way they can get me out as promised, but we can later tonight or Saturday. It was a good experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. And it was a convenient location for me too.
