I had a semi emergency situation this morning so I called and asked to be seen, they took me in the same day and fixed my tooth problem. I just tried to come in for my first ever appointment that I scheduled only to be told there is no dentist in today; they would be happy to do the cleaning and have me reschedule to come back in to see the dentist. Why should i have to come in two times for what should be one appointment? When they scheduled the appointment they knew their doctors wouldn't be here since they are gone the first week of every month, yet they wanted my time anyway. Why? If you need a dentist, and live in or near Gilbert, do yourself a favor, Make an appointment at Gateway Dental Care. Great staff, beautiful office, superb tooth care! I had a really badly damaged tooth with root damage, they got me in quick, and on a Saturday no less. Dr Erskine took excellent care of my tooth and I was pain free immediately after my treatment . . . even after the anesthesia wore off. Great place, friendly staff, couldn't be happier with my experience!
The Gateway dental team has been apart of our family for the past 14 years. The Doctors are friendly, fun and make you feel welcomed and comfortable and the staff is one of a kind. Thank you!
