This office has the worst customer service ever. The entire staff mean and unfriendly. Its appears that no one enjoying their job. No matter how high your level of pain is the dental assistance and doctors are too aggressive. I wouldn't recommend nor will i return to this office.
Been customer for over 4 years. I did a bleach my teeth. Treatment it's 4 steps I just did 3 because my gums been burned I couldn't resist, the teeth wasn't white enough. they said if I don't resist they can't finished in another day so you have have to get torture and pay in full or you don't get the results you looking for from the beginning. Not fair to me. Think twice before getting in to.
They charged me $35.00 for COVID-19 at the time of the appointment. They never told me the first visit is only for X-Rays and evaluation. So they expected me to come back again to pay $35.00 and other services I do not need them. They told me also I need a crown ($800.00) for which I was surprised since I have excellent dental health. Their only concern is how to make money.
