Gateway Cycle is an amazing bike shop, with friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help their customers with all their biking needs. We are so grateful for their help in finding a bike for my special needs brother, delivering and later fixing it after a mishap with his PCA. The staff was so kind and helpful, redelivered the bike, and helped us get him back on the road. We highly recommend Gateway Cycle!

I fell for their 5 star glowing reviews and researched ahead for a bike I wanted to buy from this store. When I showed up, no one in the store greeted me or even looked at me to acknowledge my presence. I looked around for the bikes and waited a while, still no one to help take test ride on the bike. Very rude. I had to leave without purchase.
