I recently took my bicycle out of storage in for an advertised Tune-Up Plus Level 2 & a couple new tires. When I went to roll the bike out of the store from the cash register the rear tire wouldn't roll; it was installed incorrectly and locked up. When you pay for the Tune-Up Plus Level 2 package you're paying for your bicycle to be cleaned & polished.
