I've been with gateway for some time now and I never had an issue up until recently where my appointments are being canceled without my knowledge and when I reschedule I'm being given different dates and time frames. when I go to down to main clinic the ladies in the front are extremely rude and cut me off before even being able to finish my sentence. I never experienced this before and have done my part never speaking back in a ill manner.

Make sure the dental front desk (Elvia & Carmen Perez) don’t make it seem that it’s $60 for consultation with emergency removal just to get u in the door...as well as the assistant who did almost 8 X-rays on me cause she couldn’t do it correctly...is that why we are overcharged just for a consultation because the assistants waste too many X-rays shots?! And supposedly gateway is a community health center with (low) cost. I paid $60 not including the extraction nor medications for one tooth...I went there to get help cause I ... read more
I have been taking nutritional class which is very important and helpful to our healthy life
it took two months to be looked at then another month for test results and for me to come back to see the doctor they suck
