bought a 2012 jeep had it a day and it started to shake bad! lift kit missing parts,belt inside tire broke and a ton of other stuff wrong funny it ran fine when we test drove it?? hmmm 2000 dollars later and it finally runs decent .never again will I buy from them.also how come you only comment on the "good" posts??
Poor customer service. Never got answers when I needed them. I had to chase down, salesman, sales managers, finance managers, general managers, and service managers. Got the run around for 6 weeks. Just stay away. Feel free to inbox me if you want to hear about it.
Bought two vehicles from them. Neither one was worth what we owed on them and all the repairs that were necessary. My 07 avalanche needed 2k in repairs not even two weeks later. A 12k list truck and we paid 16k after all trading were done and financing. They let us roll over bad loans from them into a new loan at 20% they don’t look out for the buyer they are snakes. Never again gateway
Great experiance in vehicle purchase today. Went over different options of what was available in the range I was looking for. Vehicle had Carfax available for review and was able look it over and test drive. Thank you ,Julius D and the rest of the staff for patience and willingness to have different selections available and a confidence in the sale.
They dont Check over their vehicles before selling them, and could care less if you have any trouble. We now buy from dealerships who take pride in making sure the vehicles are all running properly before selling them to anyone
I bought a jeep grand Cherokee from the clearance. 3 months after the water pump starts making noise and is going out. They said they would pay for half the repairs. I get it is a used vehicle sold as is. But I remember a time when they still helped you out when you bought a vehicle. I am a 58 year old grandmother that works very hard to make ends meet. I just wanted a newer vehicle now I wish I had kept my other car. I would never recommend gateway clearance center to anyone.
There are some greats guys that work their! Most of them will sit down with you and hear your needs and wants and work with you in every way possible. You can tell some of them are very dedicated to their work and do their best every day. I highly recommend buying from the gentlemen here 😊
I wasn't happy that I drove 2hrs for a vehicle that was being repaired.. I had called in advance about the vehicle and made an appointment. I felt the sales man tried to sale me something eles with a discount for my troubles of course but didn't seem to concerned they wasted my time..Not sure if I will be back to purchase from this dealership...
