Taylor was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. His knowledge and expertise in vehicles made the car buying experience positive. Not many salesmen would come in on their days off to help customers. Our new Tahoe is great, and I would definitely come back in the future.
The only thing they care about is the almighty dollar. They make you believe they are working with you and the reality is it's a race to the first person to write a check. you cannot trust the sales staff for the manager, and it doesn't get any better when you get to their main store. Gateway Chevrolet and Gateway Chevrolet Clearance Center give salesman and ethical business practices a bad name. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
